Will Template: Married-No Minor Children

This Will is built for married couples (without minor children) who want to leave everything to each other first, with the same backup plan if one of you doesn't survive the other. This is called a "mirror-image" template, meaning, you and your spouse each fill out and sign your own copy. Each copy should look the same, but reflect the individual wishes of each of you. Two people, two separately signed wills, one simple template, copied twice.
